My name is Emily, and I am a holistic counsellor and coach dedicated to guiding others on their path to healing and self-discovery. My journey has been shaped by lived experiences with eating disorders, navigating complex family systems as a bonus/step-parenting, and supporting individuals through the pain of betrayal—both by others and themselves.

Having walked my own path to healing, I have triumphed over anxiety and depression, leaving behind panic attacks, and emerging with a strong sense of self and my inner power. This personal transformation has fuelled my passion to help others embark on their own journeys.

My approach is grounded in understanding the beliefs that drive our actions and feelings. I believe that through self-awareness and reflection, we can become acquainted with our most powerful and peaceful authentic selves.
